EU-CORD is an umbrella organization that includes 22 faith-based aid organization from 11 countries. The participants of the general meeting analyzed the situation of many of the world’s major conflict areas and talked about the current humanitarian challenges and tried to find answers together.

The member organizations of EU-CORD are: Tearfund Belgium (Belgium), Mission East (Denmark), SEL (France), Tearfund Ireland (Ireland), Dorcas, Help a Child, Light for the World, Tear NL, Woord en Daan, ZOA (Netherlands), Stromme (Norway), Alianza Solidaria (Spain), Medair (Switzerland), Erikshjalpen, International Aid Service, Lakarmissionen, PMU (Sweden), Cord, The Leprosy Mission, Tearfund, MAF (United Kingdom), Hungarian Baptist Aid (Hungary).

 

The objectives of the umbrella organization from 2014 to 2018 are:

1. to share good practices and experiences

2. to mobilize human, financial and relational resources

3. to make social, economic and environmental justice visible.
