Visegrad Fund supports the international project that prepares the workers of non-governmental organizations in Georgia and Armenia. HBAid, as the main applicant and with the co-operation of professionals, Czech and Slovakian partners, trained the Georgian civilians about how to secure the financing and maintenance of their programs for long-terms.

In the capital of Georgia, Tbilisi, a four-day-long training was held by HBAid. Through this, the NGOs got to realize what they needed to build up an adequate operation. The participants received several practical tasks. Dávid Gál, international director of HBAid, and Zsuzsanna Baczkó, program coordinator of HBAid, were within the lecturers.

HBAid's plan is to realize another training similar to this in Armenia as well.
